What do I do if I forgot my password?
 
If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the Forgot Password link (located at the top right corner of the screen) and your password will be emailed to the address we have on file.

Go to your online bookstore website and click HELP. You may chat online with an ESCO customer service representative, or view our frequently asked questions. You may also click on CONTACT to use the help desk or send us an email. You will receive a response within 24hrs from the time of inquiry, (excluding weekends).
