How will I be charged for late fees?
 
By agreeing to the Terms of Use, you are giving Educational Sales Co. (ESCO) the right to store your credit card information and to charge it if the user has not followed all of the agreements and policies set forth in this Agreement and on the Website. ESCO will make reasonable efforts to process your transactions in a timely manner.

If your credit card has expired and you fail to return the book, ESCO will use alternative methods to collect the debt.


What are my late charges?
 
If your textbook is not received by ESCO on or before your rental due date, you will be charged a 25% late fee. If your textbook is not received by ESCO within one full week after the due date, your rental will be converted to a purchase and you will be charged the cost of replacing a NEW quality book, minus the charges already accrued.


What if I return a damaged book?
 
Any damage to a rental textbook while in your possession is your responsibility. You will be charged damage fees at our discretion, based on the extent of damage to the textbook. Some limited highlighting and writing in your rental textbook(s) is allowed.


What is my due date?
 
Due dates may vary. Most due dates are 2 weeks after the last day of class.


Why aren\'t all books available for rent?
 
Rental books are based upon availability and price. If fewer books are available or are of higher value, ESCO reserves the right to exclusively sell the book without the option of renting.


Why can\'t I pay with a check to rent a book?
 
For the ESCO rental service, you must have a valid credit card on file as collateral. Any person who desires to use the rental service must have a confirmed credit card in order to make payments to ESCO. We accept Visa, MasterCard.
