To create a return, click here: Return Books Refund amounts will vary according to the date you process the return. 100% Refund: 30 days after school starts or 30 days from the date of your order, if books are returned in the same condition as purchased. 80% Refund: 30 - 60 days after school starts. 60% Refund: 60 - 90 days after school starts. 90day+: 40-50% Buyback pricing will apply (valid only until the start date of the next school year). Pricing may vary depending on need. Make sure to include paperwork inside your box to ensure proper credit. Shipping costs will not be refunded for returned products. We advise that you send the books using a trackable shipping method (ex: Fed Ex, UPS, etc...) ESCO Online Bookstore is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged books. Please allow 2-3 weeks to process your return. Credit will be issued by the method used to order the books. | |
What paperwork do I need to fill out for the buyback? | |
To fill out the online buyback form click here: Sell my Books If you sell your books online, go online and fill out the Sell my Books form. If you sell your books on-campus, go online and fill out the Sell my Books form and print it out. If you fail to bring the printed form to school, a blank generic form will be provided for you. To print a blank generic form click here: blank buyback form Make sure your name and address information is written clearly on the form. Please allow 2 weeks processing for your return/buyback. | |
When will the buyback take place? | |
Take advantage of our online buyback program available anytime, day or night 365 days a year. Buybacks may also take place on campus the last day of finals or at a time designated by the school. | |
Why can\'t I register my certificate number? | |
ESCO is in the process of receiving your books and updating the buyback information on your account. Please allow 2 - 4 weeks before activating your certificate number. | |
Can I expedite my shipment? | |
Yes. All of the books on your order MUST be available at our Tempe location to expedite your shipment. Orders placed before 2pm (on a business day) will ship the same day. Otherwise, the order will ship on the following business day. ESCO has 3 options for your expedited orders: 1. HOLD for pickup: Orders may be picked up at ESCO (Tempe, AZ location) the same business day that you order. Please allow 2-3 hours for processing. 2. 2-day shipping: You will receive your shipment a maximum of two business days after your order is placed (if ordered before 2pm). 3. 1-day shipping: You will receive your shipment the next business day after your order is placed (if ordered before 2pm). | |
Can I use a shipper account to pay for shipping? | |
ESCO only accepts 3rd party billing on accounts shipping UPS. You must call customer service prior to placing your order to set up your shipping preferences. When using a shipper account number, please allow 48 hours (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) for processing the shipment. | |
How long will it take to get my books? | |
Generally, you will receive your books within 2 - 5 business days, unless the book was indicated as SHIPPING FROM AN ALTERNATE WAREHOUSE. Please allow up to 10 business days for ESCO to process items shipping from an alternate warehouse. If your order has not arrived during this time you may contact ESCO customer service for additional information. | |
How will I get my books? | |
ESCO will ship your books directly to the physical street address that you provide on your order via UPS or USPS (no P.O. boxes). Please double check the shipping address on your account before submitting your order. There will be a flat rate shipping charge for the initial order. Expedited shipping charges may vary. Shipping charges for additional orders will vary based on the actual weight of the package. | |
What happens in cases of severe weather? Will I get my package during the guaranteed delivery timeframe? | |
UPS does not guarantee delivery times during cases of severe weather. Your package will be delivered as soon as travel is safe. ESCO is not responsible for UPS delays or careless handling. | |
Will the UPS driver leave my shipment at my door? | |
UPS deliveries may be left at your door, or may require a signature at the time of delivery (it is up to the discretion of the UPS driver). If you will not be home at the estimated time of delivery, please leave a note with your signature stating where you would like the package left. If you live in an apartment complex or do not feel comfortable having your package left unattended, please leave a note for the UPS driver specifying your request. You may have to make arrangements with UPS to retrieve the package from the local UPS hub. ESCO is NOT responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. | |
